FaiRepair User Agreement

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 years old where required for rental or loaner vehicles) and hold a valid driver's license to utilize certain features of FaiRepair. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, including scheduling repairs, checking service tracking, or renting vehicles, you must register and maintain an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Repair & Rental Terms

• Comply with all local traffic laws and vehicle use guidelines for any loaner or rental vehicles.
• Return any loaner/rental vehicles on time and in the condition they were provided.
• Pay all applicable repair, service, diagnostics, rental, insurance, late return, and fuel fees.
• All repair estimates and authorizations will be finalized electronically or in writing before work begins.

4. Payments and Fees

You authorize FaiRepair to charge your chosen payment method for all authorized repair services, diagnostic fees, parts, rentals, and other related charges. All transactions are subject to our pricing policies and third-party payment processor's terms.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Service and repair booking cancellation policies may apply. Please review specific cancellation terms prior to confirming. Refund processing timelines will be subject to billing and processing terms.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions (Rentals & Loaners)

• No illegal activities or commercial racing.
• No subletting or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
• No unauthorized cross-border or long-distance travel beyond agreed boundaries.

7. Insurance and Liability

Insurance coverage details for rental/loaner vehicles are provided during booking. You are financially responsible for any damages, deductibles, or policy violations not covered by our insurance.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process your personal and vehicle data.

9. Text Messaging & Communications

By registering with FaiRepair or using our services, you consent to receive communications from us through SMS, email, voice calls, and live chat. These may include:

• Repair status tracking and completion updates
• Booking confirmations, estimates, and invoice details
• Service recommendations and preventative maintenance alerts
• Promotional offers, updates, and loyalty rewards
• Support communications and policy changes

Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to SMS, unsubscribe from emails, or request preference changes. Essential service alerts cannot be turned off if you have an active repair order. Contact repair@fairpy.com to manage your preferences.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access or decline service for violations of this Agreement, non-payment, or safety concerns at our discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in accordance with local regulations and governing laws.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of FaiRepair services and platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
